At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Fit Out Site Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a background in Fit Out and Renovations to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Overseeing all fit-out projects in the Limerick area and ensuring they meet client specifications.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Developing project schedules, budgets, and timelines and conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Facilitating effective communication between project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implementing health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance on-site.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in fit-out projects or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field is beneficial
- Full Irish Drivers’ license is required
