Role: Finishing Foreman

Location: Dublin

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Our client a large construction company are currently hiring for a Finishing Foreman for Dublin location.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all finishes are to an exceptional standard
• Responsible for Safety Management on site
• Working to an agreed programme and planning future works to avoid delays
• Requisitioning materials required on site in time and to the correct specification
• Attend various meetings to ensure the efficient communication of all issues that affect day to day running of the site
• Management of all onsite activity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' Finishing Foreman experience
• Experience managing high end finishes
• Demonstrated ability to see projects through from concept to completion
• Relevant Trade Qualification preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
