Your new role includes:
- Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to guide business strategy
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors to facilitate audit processes and resolve any financial discrepancies
- Supervise and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency
Experience you need:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
