Elk UK are looking for a professional Façade Cladding Designer to join a Design House in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a proactive privately owned company.

Your responsibilities would include the production of layouts, detail drawings and material scheduling in a variety of roofing, cladding and rainscreen systems (i.e. Kingspan, Trespa, ACM and Aluminium).

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of layouts
• Detail drawings
• Material scheduling
• Taking responsibility for complete projects from design stage through to construction
• Work in close partnership with architects and contractors

Skills and Experience Required:

• AutoCAD knowledge essential - at least 2 years required
• Revit knowledge preferred
• Good understanding of roofing and cladding industry, systems and detailing
• Knowledge of facades and structures of benefit
• Meticulous attention to detail
