Position: Senior Site Managers

Location: Co. Donegal /Sligo

Salaries: €50k-€65k+ Depending on Experience

Due to our client's continued growth and expansion we are seeking to hire Site Managers for a variety of projects based in the Donegal /Sligo areas.

Role and responsibilities include:

Manage Site

Proposing suitable changes to design to improve saving, ease construction programme,

enhance specification and quality completion.

Commercially minded and ability to work with the project team including the QS to manage

the project and meet the company objectives for each project.

Monitor construction, regarding the quality of the work and materials

Co-ordinate and liaise with contracts manager, Site Engineers, and services Co-ordinator to

Ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.

Maintain and manage site teams and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with drawings, specification, building regulations, and good building

practice.

Check and understand all drawings and specifications.

Ensure that any errors/omissions are

formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner.

Establish project resource requirements and lead

Ability to priorities workload

Implementing onsite health and safety procedures

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Proven experience and track record of managing projects from inception to completion

Must have at least 5+ years' experience working as a Site Manager

Experience reporting into senior management level on commercial/residential Projects
