- Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. This includes loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and shipping orders.
- Accurately completing all required documentation related to warehouse and shipping activities.
- Attending the trade counter and assisting with customers’ queries
- Loading and unloading vehicles, accurately counting and checking incoming stock, and allocating items to appropriate storage spaces using a forklift or pallet truck.
- Sorting and placing materials in the correct allocated locations, checking for damaged or missing items, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative, with the drive to grow your career in a fast paced environment.
- Experience within the Engineering, Mechanical or Construction Industry is essential
- Valid counterbalance forklift license with 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift.
- FULL B DRIVING LICENSE
- Valid manual handling certification.
- Experience with stock counting and inventory management software.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects.
