Position: Electrical Estimator / QS
Location: Dublin
Salary: Negotiable DOE
We are currently looking for an Electrical Estimator for our client based in Dublin. Our client is providing the opportunity for career growth while working on a broad range of exciting utilities design & installation projects (Commercial, Industrial, Education, Industrial, Pharmaceutical)
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Estimating & cost control
• Project reports, project planning
• Design & Build estimation experience
• Working with Junior Engineer to ensure specifications are met & adhered to
• Tendering on a variety of scaled projects from beginning to completion
• Developing & maintaining good relationships with industry networks & clients
• Coordination of work with all members of design teams (Architect, Engineers, Quantity Surveyor etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Site experience desirable,
• A high level of accuracy & attention to detail
• Good leadership and initiative traits
• Good references
• In-depth knowledge of specifications, standards & procedures
• Good time keeping and awareness of tender return dates that need to be met
