POSITION: Draughtsperson (With Rhino)

LOCATION: Dublin

SALARY: Negotiable DOE

Experience within the Façade Industry would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings using CAD software.

· Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.

· Revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Create floor plans, sections, elevations, and other detailed construction documents.

· Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner for easy access and reference.

· Conduct site visits to gather data and verify existing conditions for projects.

· Assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations for clients.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Draughtsperson or similar role in the architecture and planning industry.

• Must be an experience Rhion user

· Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications.

· A solid understanding of architectural terminology, building codes, and construction methods.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience within the Façade Industry would be very beneficial.

· A degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
