Responsibilities
- Install and configure digital signage systems including LED screens and interactive displays.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and prepare detailed plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their signage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital signage installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including photographs and technical details.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to operate and manage their digital signage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices during installation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in installing electronic equipment or digital signage systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and basic networking principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and installation manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites and work flexible hours as needed.
