Position: Delivery Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: Excellent salary and package available
Our client, a well-established Civil Engineering Contractor, who provide a range of Civil & Utility projects, are now looking to recruit an experienced Delivery Manager to join their growing team.
This role will be within the Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of multi-faceted program delivery within the area.
- Tracking of revenue and associated costs for Programme works.
- Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties for the execution of projects.
- Logistical management of all plant within the area to ensure efficient use.
- Liaise with Planning Department to achieve efficiencies between operations and planning.
- Liaise with HSQE Department to review site audits, suggested corrective actions etc.
- Management of all Pre-con Surveyors in the area.
- Review and approval of Invoices for suppliers within the area.
- Assist Business to achieve maximum Client KPI compliance.
- Provide informative feedback to SMT.
- Chair progress meetings & effectively report on same.
- Manage Client interface inclusive of escalations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Full clean driver's license essential.
- Ability to show commercial awareness.
- Ability to work as part of large multi-disciplined team.
- Ability to manage, delegate and guide both Subcontractors and a direct labour workforce.
- Confident, motivated, can work independently, and be a team player.
- Good leadership skills and communication with multiple levels of staff, departments, Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to find the best solutions to challenges.
- Proven record of seeing projects through from beginning to completion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
