Reporting to: Managing Director
Updated Duties:
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with Irish construction regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, design teams, local authorities, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Lead project teams across multiple sites, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high performance.
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures, ensuring project outcomes meet company and client expectations.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering residential/commercial construction projects in Ireland.
