Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out daily project office administrative tasks, in support of the project management teams.
- Managing the flow of documentation in the project office.
- Archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to the necessary documentation.
- Placing orders and raising purchase orders.
- Maintain strong communication between members of staff.
- Provide administration support to Directors when required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years’ experience as a Site Administrator.
- Construction experience required.
- Understanding of ISO document control.
- Excellent Organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
