Title: Civils Foreman

Location: Carlow

Salary: DOE

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will also manage the equipment and materials required for the project.

Responsibilities:
* Lead crews, ensuring site safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Implement project plans, adhering to standards and procedures.
* Schedule daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
* Conduct safety inspections, enforce safe work practices, and identify solutions for timely completion.
* Oversee quality control and maintain accurate site records.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
* 3-5 years' experience as Civil Site Foreman or similar role.
* Experience supervising civil construction crews.
* Strong understanding of civil construction practices and safety regulations.
* Proficient in construction plans and specifications.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Independent and team player
