Qualifications/Skills :
- Bachelor or higher degree of Architectural Technology or industry related equivalent.
- Circa 3 – 5 years of post qualified experience and be a member of the CIAT, or other national/international equivalent of registration
- Familiar with current Building Planning Regulations and the application of these and similar variations internationally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Production of technically sound architectural deliverables (drawings, specification, schedules) using Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCad, in accordance with project standards and schedule.
- Coordination of design with other disciplines.
- Produce sketch / conceptual design for projects, including production of presentation material, under the direction of senior employees.
- Ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable.
- Contribute to the development of architectural standards and solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal colleagues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Actively promote the Company to potential clients and industry partners.
- Actively participate in industry events to represent and promote the practice and build industry networks.
- Liaising with Project Manager / Contract Administrator.
- Site visits including overseas travel to provide construction, technical and architectural support in line with the agreed project scope.
