Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to office staff, site managers, and project teams.
- Coordinating and maintaining documentation, records, and filing systems in line with company standards.
- Supporting the implementation and upkeep of internal systems and administrative controls.
- Liaising with site teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of required project information.
- Assisting with general office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction or engineering administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
