Our client in Laois is looking for an Account Manager experienced with managing Service Calls and Aftersales to cover clients within the Midlands and Leinster regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced Salesperson/ Account Manager to join a growing team.

- Collaborating with technical teams to react to and manage the service aspect, following up on reactive callouts with repair quotations and site visits.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored service solutions.
- Creating purchase orders and working with suppliers to organise part replacements.
- Previous sales experience within automatic doors, roller shutters, industrial doors or relating industry
- Confidence in balancing several work tasks and managing own diary
- Full driver’s license in compulsory as you will be required to visit client sites
- Strong IT and CRM management skills
